The Heald Law Firm, is a boutique litigation practice focused on personal injury and wrongful death. We have helped regular people throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area obtain compensation for an accident or injury that was not their fault.

The members of our legal team – three proven lawyers and hard-working support staff – have decades of focused experience in injury litigation and settlement negotiations. We care about our clients and devote our skill and resources to securing full but timely compensation for them.

Litigators Who Go All The Way

We are trial lawyers. Although most cases are ultimately settled out of court, our mindset at the beginning of every personal injury case is to prepare for trial. The insurance companies and defense firms know that we will come to court – or the negotiating table – armed with a strong argument for liability and a well-documented claim for damages. We have taken many cases to jury verdict when the defense will not take responsibility or offer fair compensation.

The shield in our firm logo is a reflection of our approach. We are here to protect you from unscrupulous insurance companies or uncaring corporations who only see you as a case number or a dollar sign. We know that you are counting on us to take the battle to them, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We Treat You Like Family

We are not a firm that cranks out quick settlements. We take the time to get to know you – what happened, what hurts, how your recovery is going. When questions or issues arise, we are accessible to guide you through them. (See our Frequently Asked Questions.)

And when the time comes to settle or try your lawsuit, our concern is making sure that your compensation will cover your losses and ongoing needs. We handle your case the same way we would if it were our own loved one who was injured.

Our team is ready to go to battle for you

Elizabeth Flores

I was born in Dallas, Texas and have lived here my entire life. I knew early on that I somehow wanted to work in the legal field because of my desire to help people in their most difficult times. I began working at a personal injury law firm. There I realized I made the right decision in choosing this as my profession from seeing the impact we get to make in people’s lives. I worked at that personal injury law firm for 7 years before joining The Heald Law Firm in 2022. At The Heald Law Firm we all work closely as a team on every case. When we take on a new case, we work it up like the client was a member of our own family. The Heald Law Firm is all about teamwork and our clients are an integral part of that team. I thoroughly enjoy working with our clients day-to-day and getting them the results, they deserve.

My husband and I have been together for 20 years and have a handsome teenage son. Typically, we are very consumed with our son’s busy football and soccer schedule. However, aside from life on the fields, we also love traveling, doing anything outdoors, cooking a good meal, and spending time with friends.
